Terms of Service - Luminous Space

I kindly ask you to read through the terms & conditions before joining my retreat. Thank you.

Registration and Payment

  • Registration: To secure your place, a non-refundable deposit of 400€ is required at the time of booking.
  • Final Payment: The remaining balance is due 30 days after the initial deposit was paid (latest 28th February 26). Failure to pay the balance by this date will result in the cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of your deposit.

Cancellation by Participant

  • Deposits are non-refundable.
  • If you are unable to attend the retreat, it is possible for you to find a substitute. In this case, I refund you after receipt of payment of the replacement person. By transferring your reservation fee, you indicate that you have read and agreed to the terms and conditions.
  • Cancellations received until 1st December 2025 will receive a full refund of the balance paid (excluding the deposit).

Cancellation by Organizer

  • The organizer reserves the right to cancel the Retreat if necessary. In the unlikely event of cancellation, participants will receive a full refund of all payments made. The organizer is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by participants (e.g., airfare, travel insurance).

Health and Fitness

  • Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically and mentally fit to participate in the Retreat. Any health conditions or concerns must be disclosed at the time of booking.

Travel Insurance

  • Participants are strongly advised to purchase comprehensive travel insurance that includes coverage for trip cancellation, medical expenses, and personal liability.

Liability

  • The organizer is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property that occurs during the Retreat.
  • Participants assume all risks associated with participation in the Retreat.

Code of Conduct

  • Participants are expected to conduct themselves respectfully towards other participants, staff, and the local community.

Changes to the Program

  • The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the Retreat program as necessary. Any significant changes will be communicated to participants as soon as possible.

Photography and Videography

  • By participating in the Retreat, you consent to being photographed and/or filmed. The organizer may use these images and videos for promotional purposes.
