A binding agreement between the participant and the provider is formed upon completion of the booking and/or payment process.

The applicable prices, payment terms, and deadlines are specified in the respective offer description or booking process.

  1. Payments

Payments may be processed through external payment providers, including Stripe Payments Europe Ltd.

Where deposits are required, they are generally considered reservation fees and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the specific offer.

  1. Cancellation by Participants

Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email.

Individual offers may be subject to separate cancellation policies. In such cases, the conditions stated in the respective offer description apply.

Unless otherwise specified, bookings may be transferred to another participant. Refunds are not guaranteed.

  1. Cancellation by the Provider

Luminous Space reserves the right to cancel or postpone an offering for important reasons.

Such reasons may include:

  • insufficient participant numbers
  • illness or inability of the provider to conduct the offering
  • force majeure
  • governmental restrictions
  • other unforeseen circumstances

In such cases, payments already made will be refunded in full.

No further claims shall arise, including claims relating to travel, accommodation, flights, or other consequential expenses.

  1. Health and Personal Responsibility

Participation in all offerings is voluntary and undertaken at the participant’s own responsibility.

Participants are responsible for ensuring that they are physically and mentally fit to participate.

Any injuries, medical conditions, or special requirements should be communicated prior to participation.

The services provided by Luminous Space do not replace medical, psychiatric, or psychotherapeutic treatment.

No diagnoses are made and no healing promises are given.

  1. Coaching

Coaching is intended to support personal development, reflection, and self-awareness.

Coaching does not constitute therapy, medical treatment, psychological counselling, or any regulated healthcare service and does not replace such services.

Participants remain fully responsible for their own decisions, actions, and personal development processes.

  1. Yoga and Body-Oriented Practices

Participation in yoga sessions, movement practices, and body-oriented offerings takes place at the participant’s own risk.

Participants are responsible for respecting their personal limits and listening to the signals of their body.

When in doubt, participants are encouraged to seek medical advice before participating.

  1. Liability

Participation in all offerings is at the participant’s own risk.

The provider shall only be liable for damages resulting from intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

No liability is assumed for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

  1. Photography and Videography

Photos and videos may be taken during retreats, events, and workshops for documentation and promotional purposes.

Participants will be informed accordingly and may object to the use of images in which they are clearly identifiable.

  1. Respectful Conduct

All offerings are based on mutual respect, openness, and consideration.

Participants are expected to treat other participants, shared spaces, venues, and local communities with care and respect.

  1. Force Majeure

The provider shall not be liable for cancellation, postponement, or modification of any offering due to circumstances beyond reasonable control.

This includes, but is not limited to, natural disasters, pandemics, governmental measures, strikes, or other force majeure events.

  1. Changes to the Programme

Luminous Space reserves the right to make necessary changes to the programme for organisational or practical reasons.

Such changes do not entitle participants to a refund, provided the overall nature of the offering remains substantially unchanged.

  1. Final Provisions

Should any provision of these Terms & Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply.
