⬤ Yoga
From high performance to inner presence – yoga is the practice of coming home to yourself.
⬤ The practice
For me, yoga is much more than physical movement. It is a space where we can meet ourselves – sometimes powerful, sometimes gentle, always honest. In my classes I weave the body awareness from my years as a professional athlete with mindful guidance that invites you to be curious and compassionate with yourself.
⬤ My approach
You encounter yourself in the mirror of your practice.

I see the yoga mat as a space that belongs only to you – free from roles, expectations or dependencies. Here you encounter yourself in the mirror of your practice.
Yoga for me is less about commands to the body and more about listening to what is there.
This dialogue gives you the chance to grow beyond yourself while staying soft, mindful and loving with who you are.

⬤ my path as a yoga teacher
Learning that strength and surrender belong to the same practice.
After more than twelve years as a professional volleyball player I ended my sports career in 2022 to follow the path that opened through my teacher training in Paris in 2021. Inspired by my own story, other movement practices and my teachers Klara Puski, Santina Giardina-Chard and Jared McCann, my own style is still evolving – and I remain a lifelong student.
My practice has grown into a balance of dedication, strength and softness.
Sometimes dedication and gentleness unfold through chanting mantras, deepening and holding the space. Other times you are invited to explore your physical and mental limits – and perhaps even move beyond them. Inversions or deep backbends open us not only physically, but often lead into unexpected emotional spaces where the body releases stored energy.
